ClaimsBridge Directory

This application ties into the ClaimsBridge suite and is used by subscribers to locate providers based on their particular health insurance contract and geographical location in the US.

The application will request your Member ID from your insurance card. No other personal information is collected or accessed.

Searches can be performed based on specific zip codes or current location of mobile device. The search can also be performed to retrieve providers based on specialty related categories or by provider name.
